The French Fitness LMA20 T-Bar Row & Landmine Combo assist in the development of strength and muscle mass. The pivot fits all 1" standard and 2" olympic bars of different lengths and weights and can be easily attached, detached or adjusted. One end of a barbell is put into the sleeve, which serves as a base, while the other end can be rotated for maximum mobility. The 360-degree swivel design allows you to perform landmine presses, landmine rows, deadlifts, push presses, push jerks, deadlifts, squats and more. The addition of lat bar blaster to the landmine opens a wide range of exercises including heavy rows, presses, pulls and core rotational exercises.
