At Fitness Superstore, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if any equipment doesn't meet your training needs, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Equipment

  Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all bolts, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a heavy-freight pickup for large machinery.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the equipment at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
